Patricia Biesada

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing life crises, low mood, anxiety, chronic stress, grief, and difficulties in relationships and self-esteem. I gained experience at the Pabianice Psychiatric Center and the Pulmonary Disease and Rehabilitation Center in Łódź, using techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic approaches, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and positive psychology.

Maciej Kowalski

A psychologist currently completing training in systemic psychotherapy. Provides psychological support to adults experiencing crises, stress, emotional difficulties, and challenges in their relationships with others. Specializes in the perinatal field, supporting women, men, and couples through perinatal crises, infertility, perinatal loss, and various challenges related to parenthood. Her work is supervised through both individual and group supervision.
